This 90's casual day dress is lightweight and super cute. The buttons along the front are functional and there is an insert at the bust line that adds a little embelishment.

There are shoulder pads for added structure but they can be removed if you prefer.

Tie back waist so you can wear loose or cinch in. The tie has some wear but is still functional.
