Spectacular epaulet shrug with feathered shoulders that will make any outfit take to the sky. 

It has lots of beautiful black and iridescent green feathers, carefully layered and sculpted.

The shrug is attached around the shoulders with ribbons that can be adjusted to just the right size with cord locks. The ribbons are decorated with feather tassels. Because God is in the detail.

A leather strip holds it in place on top of the shoulders. The leather strip is adjustable with button studs.

So this shrug can be worn over anything, even bare shoulders, and you don't have to bother with pins to get the awesome feather epaulet look.
