Anonymous 1950's gown retailed at the exclusive Palm Beach boutique Sara Fredericks. It is made of pale blue silk chiffon that is tightly gathered in the style of Madam Grés. The dress plays upon the relationship between tight ruching and the voluminous folds that result. Fitted bodice is sleeveless, has v-neck, and an asymmetrical waistband. Tea-length skirt has a large swag of fabric that drapes across the front and back. Fully lined. Boned bodice. Side metal zipper.

No size label.

Condition- Good with faint staining throughout.  Dress could easily be worn as is or dyed another color.
