It's a sleeveless shirt with bust darts, buttons down the bust, a pleated skirt that opens in the front and original matching belt. The fabric is red and blue hearts on a white background. Pair it over jeans, capris, shorts, a crinoline and more! No label, but feels like a cotton poly blend. In excellent condition, faint spots at bottom of buttons and left hip. The Bust measures 34 inches, Waist 26 inches, Length 31 inches, shoulder to waist 15 inches, waist to hem 16 inches. Shown on a mannequin that measures B33 1/2" W21 1/2. This is an authentic vintage piece in wearable condition, that was cleaned and repaired (if necessary).
