Shop for that dramatic ruffle blouse here! This is a 1970s sleeveless blouse with a dramatic double ruffle collar that can be worn on or off the shoulder. Labeled "machine washable", feels like a cotton poly blend. In excellent condition. The Bust measures 38 inches, Waist 38 inches, Length 25 inches, shoulder seam to shoulder seam about 16 inches. Shown on a mannequin that measures B36" W25". Note that this just slips over the head, so your measurements need to be smaller than what's listed. This is an authentic vintage piece in wearable condition, that was cleaned and repaired (if necessary). Flaws will be noted, but please ask any questions you may have, as this is a FINAL SALE garment and cannot be returned. All items are measured flat, the same way we measure our reproduction items. The maximum measurement is listed. Most vintage fabrics do not have stretch, so please take that into consideration when looking at size.
