This is a vintage Italian tweed overcoat made in a brown toned tweed wool.  This vintage Italian tweed overcoat is made in a trench style with raglan sleeves, high set narrow lapels with pointy squared collar, belted cuffs, a three button front closure along with a button closure at the neck.  The coat cinches at the waist with a matching sash belt . There is a diagonal slash pocket at either side.  The coat is fully lined in a bronze satin rayon fabric.  The back has a single 19” vent at the bottom centre.

Sizing: The size label on this vintage Italian tweed overcoat reads 38 regular (Italian 48 regular), but please rely on the following measurements for fit, taking the thickness of the fabric into account:
Shoulders:  19” across, estimated due to raglan sleeve
Sleeves:  26 1/2” from the shoulder/sleeve seam, 36” from the centre neck to the cuff
Sleeve Inseam:  18”
Chest: 44” around
Waist: 42” around, meant to be cinched with the belt
Length: 46”, measured flat at the back from the neck seam
Condition:  This vintage Italian tweed overcoat is in excellent condition with no pronounced wear, tear, stains or odour - this looks to have seen little use.  It should last for many years given the quality of the tweed.
