If you’ve been to Queens Beach on a good day, you may have been lucky enough to see longboarder Arthur “Toots” Anchinges gliding down a wall in a pair of his custom all-white Birdwells. With a graceful style and permanent smile that harkens back to the original Waikiki Beach Boys, the steadfast local is a spectacle all his own—something we tried our best to replicate in these Limited-Edition Mr. Toots Board Shorts. Sewn in our Santa Ana factory from white SurfNyl™ and lined with our white SurfStretch™ and set off with a paprika waistband and red pocket, these really turn heads in the surf.

The 310 Limited-Edition Mr. Toots Board Shorts hold close to Ms. Birdwell’s original design — lightly modernized and improved over more than 50 years of field testing by lifeguards and surfers who depend on their Birdies to last a lifetime of waves.

• Features: White SurfNyl™ body with white SurfStretch™ lining and contrast waistband in paprika. Contrast signature back pocket in red with key loop, clear button, and interior drain hole. Triple lace closure with Mil-Spec black metal oxide grommets and flat white cotton drawcord with black tips. Birdie woven label on center back of waistband. Button fly with clear military buttons.
• Fit: Short length. Outseams range between 14” – 18” depending on your waist size. Tab closure allows for minor adjustments in fit. 
• Fabric: SurfNyl™️ exterior and for strength and durability. SurfStretch™ liner for comfort as well as to reduce transparency. 
• Construction: Fail safe clean finished double- and triple-stitched seams. Hand cut and sewn in Santa Ana, CA.
• Care: Machine wash cold. No Bleach. HANG DRY ONLY.
