The merchant offers courier shipping for all local orders (Singapore).

1. Your parcel will typically take 1-3 working days to reach you. 
2. A shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number will be sent once your order has been shipped.
3. All local deliveries are presently free for all orders.

Defective & Incorrect Items

The merchant will replace items if they are defective or incorrectly sent. Please contact hello@shopperboard.com with your order number and a snapshot of the defect. We will get in touch with you once the merchant has assessed the defect.

A replacement will be provided for defective returns. If a replacement is no longer in stock, it can be exchanged for another item of the same value or higher value with a top-up. Alternatively, you can opt to receive a full refund if the item you want is not available. 

For exchanges and refunds, please note the following:

1. Return item(s) must be unworn and unwashed, in the original condition as received.
2. All original tags and packaging intact for the returned item(s). 
3. All postal fees and customs charges will be borne by the customer. Please always keep your postal receipts and note the tracking numbers for verification purposes. 
4. All defective items are to reach the merchant within 10 working days from dispatch date for orders made in Singapore, or 20 working days for international orders.

Sales Items

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned.

Free Returns*

Try your purchases at the comfort of your own home and you have 14 days from order date to return the item should you need to send it back. Please contact hello@shopperboard.com with your order number and we will advise you the steps accordingly.

1. Return item(s) must be unworn and unwashed, in the original condition as received.
2. All original tags and packaging intact for the returned item(s). 
3. Shipping is complimentary during the promotion period for free returns.
4. Returns that do not meet the policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
