Local Registered Shipping
Put your heart at ease and shop to your hearts content with an insured shipping service.With a tracking number provided, you will be able to check the status of your item(s) via http://www.singpost.com/ once the item has been dispatched out from the warehouse. Estimated delivery time will be within 4 to 10 working days.

Local Priority Mail
For orders below SGD$150.00, you will be charged at a flat rate of SGD$10.00 for next day delivery. Estimated delivery time might be 1 to 2 working days. For items to reach you the next day, cut off timing for payment to be made will be 3.00pm, Monday - Thursday.

A small number of heavily discounted items marked SALE, are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Exchanges

The merchant only replaces items if they are defective or damaged by them. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email [email protected] so we can ask them to do an inventory check for you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive ShopperBoard credit, the cost of return shipping will not be added into your ShopperBoard credit.
