What happens if I check out a Backorder item along with an In-Stock item?

Your backorder item and in-stock item will be mailed together to you when the backorder item has arrived. If you wish for the merchant to ship them separately, do email [email protected]. Do note that additional shipping fees will apply and you might have to top up additional postage to ship them separately.

Please note that with effect from 1st July 2014, to prevent an abuse of the returns and exchange service, all requests for returns and exchange will be reviewed on a case by case basis and the merchant holds final discretion on whether to grant a return.

Please email [email protected] for approval of returns before mailing anything back to the merchant.

The merchant regrets to inform that the returns and exchange policy will not apply to sales items/items sold on promotional discounts.

FREE RETURN SERVICES WITHIN 14 DAYS

To qualify for a return/exchange, item(s) must fulfil conditions; with its tag intact(if applicable), unworn, unwashed and unaltered. Requests for exchanges of articles which do not meet all four conditions will be declined duly.

The merchant provides free returns for all items purchased on the ShopperBoard store (except Sale items).  All returns have to be mailed back to the merchant within 14 calendar days from the date of despatch.  A credit note will be issued to you upon successful receipt of the returned item.  Credit notes issued are valid for 90 days and is strictly non-refundable nor extendable.  Any excess amount will not be refunded.

All additional shipping fees will be borne by the customer as all measurements have been provided.  The merchant shall not be held liable for any cases of lost mail, hence customer is to exercise discretion in taking which method of mailing to mail back the item.  Registered postage is strongly recommended.

Please note that all returns are assessed on a case-by-case basis. The merchant reserves all rights to exercise discretion in permitting all returns and exchanges.

All returns/exchanges will be dealt with only through mailing.

All returns are final and any further requests will be denied.

DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT ITEM(S) RECEIVED

The merchant apologises if an incorrect/defective item has been sent to you.  Please email [email protected] and we would assist to process the order immediately.

In the unlikely case of a defective/incorrect item sent, all costs of mailing shall be reimbursed by the merchant.  The defective/ incorrect item would be exchanged one-to-one with a correct and brand new piece.  If in the event the exact item is out of stock, a cash refund would be issued to you.

The merchant reserves all rights to exercise discretion in what constitutes a defect.  If upon stringent checks, the merchant find that the item does not qualify as a defect, you would have to proceed with the return as per the returns policy stated above.


Can discrepancy in measurements be considered a defect?

Length discrepancy of 0.5"-1.5" shall not be considered a defect. (Measurements are taken when item is laid flat, stretched to its widest width.) Please note that for knit items, due to the high level of stretchability of knit, this variance is set to 3" - 4" for knit items.
