Rare antique Ukrainian vest from around 1910-1920s. It comes from the Pokuttia region and is traditionally called "keptar kalina" due to the red pom poms on it. It's made of lambskin, most of the wool that was inside has worn off through the years to give it a beautiful patina. Missing a small portion of the detail work along the collar {see the pictures} and has natural aging for something that is a 100 years old.
It is a museum quality piece that can be restored further if you choose.
