  2. What is your unit of measurement?

    All measurements are measured in inches. In order to convert to CM, pls multiply by 2.5. Remember to factor in the multiplication of 2 in order to get the circumference. E.g circumference of waist in CM = measurement in inches x 2.5 x 2.

     

  3. What is Pit-to-Pit?

    Pit-to-Pit (PTP) measures the length between the two pit areas of the dress/blouse when it is laid flat. This is the same type of measurement for waist, hips, cuff etc. To get the circumference, multiply all measurements by 2.

Courier (Standard shipping)

  • Courier is chargeable at a flat rate of $1.50 per order.
  • Free with a minimum purchase of  $60 in an order.
  • Delivery takes 1 - 3 working days. Delivery time excludes payment verification & administrative processes.
  • Item is mailed out within 48 hours upon payment verification excludes weekends & public holidays.
  • Delivery is trackable 
  • Customer or addressee (anyone living at the address) will be required to sign for the package at the door. 

 

Tonight Delivery (Available for orders made from 10 am - 5 pm from Monday - Friday)

  • Delivery only to Singapore addresses.
  • Order must be made by 3 pm and paid via credit card only.
  • You should receive the item between 6 pm - 10 pm on the same day that the order is confirmed (for orders placed before 5 pm).
  • Orders confirmed after 3 pm will be delivered the next working day between 6pm-10pm. 
  • Not available on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. Orders made on these days will be delivered on the next working day.
  • There is a flat rate charge of SGD$10.
  • Free for purchases $150 and above.
  • Customer or addressee (anyone living at the address) will be required to sign for the package at the door.
  • Please select this option only if there is someone at the specified address to receive your parcel from 6 pm - 10 pm on the day your order is confirmed.
  1. What are your return policies?
    Kindly ensure your return fulfils the following conditions:
    • Item is returned within 14 days upon shipped date by mail.
    • Item is in original condition, unwashed, and with the packaging bag.
    • Return/ Exchange is acknowledged and agreed by both parties (the merchant and customer) via email.
    • Accessories are not applicable for return due to hygiene reasons.
    • Sale merchandise are not entitled to returns or exchanges.

  2. What are your exchange policies?
    Refunds will be credited via a ShopperBoard credit that can be used for your next purchase online. The merchant does not provide cash/credit card refunds. Do note that exchanges for items in the store are not allowed for online purchases.

  3. My order was completely offset by a discount code. Can I make a return/exchange?
    The merchant does not allow returns for entirely offset orders. ShopperBoard credit will not be issued for orders completely offset by discount codes/ShopperBoard credit.

  4. I used a promo code on my order. Can I make a return/exchange?
    You can mail your item back to the merchant and receive a ShopperBoard credut for the amount you paid in cash (after ShopperBoard credit has been applied). If any coupon code was used, the coupon code value is forfeited and the returns value will be prorated according to the value of the items purchased.

  5. How do I make a return/exchange by post?
    Drop an mail at hello@shopperboard.com where we will process the return and issue you the return address. You can then mail your item back by normal or registered postage. You will be provided with ShopperBoard credit. Processing time will take 1-2 days upon receiving the return parcel. Do note that you will have to bear the costs of return shipment. The merchant does not provide cash refunds. The merchant will also not be responsible for lost mail via normal postage.



  6. I have not received my ShopperBoard credit after returning my item. What do I do?
    Please email hello@shopperboard.com, indicating your order number and the screenshot of the invoice of the returned item.
