A.M. Mail (Letterbox):

  • Delivery Time: 1-2 working days after parcel is mailed out
  • Charges: $2.90 (Max. 1 item only excluding shoes and bags)
  • Please note that the merchant will not be reliable for any lost mail/damages/late delivery. Standard courier is strongly encouraged as it comes with a tracking code. Orders will be combined and mailed out in one parcel if address labels of orders under the same address are printed out on the same day.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: In unlikely situations whereby your parcel was returned to the merchant, a notification email will be sent to you from hello@shopperboard.com. The merchant is not liable for the cost of re-delivery for such cases. Parcels that were unclaimed 1 month from the order date will be forfeited. No refunds will be made for such cases.

Complimentary Standard Courier Delivery for Purchases above $60

The merchant offers complimentary standard courier delivery* for all local purchases above $60 in a single order excluding items on backorder. Please select standard courier as your mode of delivery when you're checking out the shopping cart to enjoy this offer. Not applicable together with any other promotions. 

Exchange and Return (Online Store)

The merchant takes pride in making sure that all items are checked before mailing. In unlikely situations whereby a defect is found, they will accept an exchange within 7 days from the order date. All exchanges will be done on a case by case basis.

Sales items/discounted items/items purchased with promotional codes are not eligible for exchanges.

For all items purchased through ShopperBoard will not be valid for a direct exchange/refund at our retail stores. Please contact ShopperBoard directly for assistance if needed.

General Exchange and Return Terms

  1. The merchant must be notified of any exchange/return within 7 days from the Order Date. If your request is approved, it has to be completed within the next 3 working days. Request for exchange, therefore, will not be entertained.
  2. Exchanges/returns will be handled strictly by mail only.
  3. Any item must be returned in original conditions, with the tag intact, unworn/unwashed without any man-made stains/perfume stains or scents/deliberate damage etc. Returned items not received in their original state will be returned to the customer (delivery fees apply). The merchant reserve the rights to reject a return if it is not in its original conditions.
  4. Any exchange/return will be one-time and will not be applicable for a second exchange.
  5. If any replacement piece is out of stock at the point of receipt, store credit excluding initial and subsidized postage fees will be issued.
  6. Customers will be fully responsible for the postage fees incurred for the exchange or return.
  7. Please wait for further instructions before mailing any parcel back to the merchant.

The merchant accept exchanges for the following reasons:

  1. Defective Item Received
  2. Incorrect Item Received
  3. Sizing Exchange (Within Singapore) - This exchange option is valid for regular-priced items only (without the use of any promotional codes/discounts/on sale etc) An exchange will be facilitated if stocks are available. Request to change to another design/colour will not be allowed. All shipping fees incurred will be borne by the customer. Please email hello@shopperboard.com with the subject header "Sizing Exchange - Your Order ID" specifying the size that you wanted to exchange to. Please wait for further instructions before mailing the parcel back to us.

The merchant regrets to inform that they do not accept exchanges for international orders at the moment. Do rest assured that all items will be specially checked before mailing.

Exchange Procedures (for option 1 & 2)

Take a clear snapshot of the defect and email to hello@shopperboard.com within 7 days from order date. Please wait for further instructions before mailing the parcel back to us.

Does the merchant accept returns?

Yes, they do accept returns for all regular-priced apparels (excluding the use of promotional code/sale items). You will be issued with a store credit code. Please note that $1.50 will be deducted due to the subsidized courier fee that was exhausted in the initial purchase. There will be strictly no cash refunds. Please email hello@shopperboard.com with the subject header "Return - Your Order ID" and wait for further instructions before mailing the item back to the merhant.

If the conditions stated under "General Exchange and Return Terms" are not met, the merchant reserve the right to reject your return.

There will be strictly no refund/exchange/returns for:

  1. Slight Measurement Difference: Please note that there might be a slight difference of 0.5" to 1" in measurements provided as all products are mass produced. This will not be classified as a defect.
  2. Differences in colours: Due to different monitor settings, the colour of apparel may differ. As such, the variances in colours are not classified as defects.
  3. Deliberate Damage: Deliberate damage is done to the item in order to make item eligible for exchange. Eg: Pen marks, pencil markings, coffee stains, food stains, perfume stains, create a hole deliberately, deliberately remove a button etc
  4. Tarnished Jewellery: When jewellery such as (necklace or earring) were exposed to air for a prolonged period or contact with chemicals such as perfume, it might be tarnished. The merchant is not responsible for tarnished jewellery. Each jewellery is specially checked for and packed with air bubbles before it is sold.
  5. Personal Preferences: Personal dislikes of certain colours, material, floral placement etc, differences in personal interpretation of the products etc.
  6. Variances in Printed/Dyes Apparels: For printed/dyed apparels (such as floral prints/denim/crochet/lace), do note that there may be slight variance due to fabric placement. Requests for exchange due to such reasons will be rejected.

The merchant reserves the right to amend the terms from time to time without prior notice.
