If your purchase in not exactly what you are looking for, you have 7 days from receiving your order to arrange your return and exchange. Please contact us at tazannaph@gmail.com to start the process. Shipping is complimentary on all exchanges and returns will be charged.

Note: Please make sure your items are returned new and unused. When trying on shoes, be mindful not to scratch the soles or mark the shoe box. Items that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
