What are the various Postage options and the cost?

There are different options of postage available.

Courier Standard Shipping (Local)

A flat rate of SGD3.50 standard courier shipping fee. It would take approximately 3 working days for instock items. For Backorder items, do note 3 working days from stated shipment arrival date.

Courier Next Day Express Shipping (Local)

A standard rate of SGD10 for next day shipping. It would take 1 working day for instock items after payment has been verified. Do note Next Day Shipping is not applicable to orders placed from Thursday - Saturday.
For Backorder items, do note 1 working day from stated shipment arrival date.

If my orders consist of both instock as well as backorder items, will the instock be mailed out first?
Your instock item would be sent to you first, and Backorder in a seperate parcel when shipment is in.

Yes, the merchant only do sizing exchanges for the same product, subject to availability. The merchant currently only accept other returns and exchanges on a strict case-by-case basis. However do note, NO refunds allowed for all items purchased.

The merchant’s exchange policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your parcel received, unfortunately they can’t offer you an exchange.

Do note strictly no refunds for all orders purchased.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Lost Parcel refunds (if applicable)

All refunds would be processed within 7 working days after confirmation via our email.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded nor exchanged.

Exchanges (if applicable)

The merchant does sizing exchanges as well as defected item exchange. Do email [email protected] for further instructions.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
