Kindly note that returns and exchanges are done on a case by case basis. There will be strictly no exchanges on sizes and colours.

Returns and exchanges are strictly valid only in cases of defected items. In the case of a defect item, kindly email to [email protected] within 14 working days, attached together with a snapshot of the defect clearly. If there are still instocks for the defected item, the customer will be required to mail back the defected item within 7 working days and the replacement item will be shipped via normal postage upon receiving the defected item. The 2-way postage fees will be borne solely by the merchant. In the event the defected item is out of stock, refunds will be issued if the item is returned to the merchant. Returns will only be performed via mailing.

Product measurements are provided based on the best accuracy. Measurements stated on the website may vary 0.5’ to 0.75’ due to mass production. In the case that the measurement deviation is >0.75’, the item can be exchanged for a smaller fitting. Credits will be issued if the item is out of stock. Refunds are strictly not allowed.
