*For partial returns, where your order basket falls below $80 after the return, a shipping charge will apply. Returns on orders enjoying free shipping as a promotional event will also be charged a shipping fee. Free shipping is not applicable during certain sale events.

Getting stuff online can be a little tricky sometimes. Want to return something you're not happy with? The merchant totally understands and here are some conditions to note for exchanges/returns:

Unfortunately, all jewellery, sunglasses, swimwear, lingerie, lifestyle, sale items and items purchased with store credit, loyalty points or any promo codes are FINAL SALE items and cannot be returned unless stated.

The merchant offers a fuss-free 2-way courier (SGD$4) to pick up and exchange at your doorstep for local customers.

For international orders, all additional shipping charges will be borne by customers.


Refunds can be made via:

  • Credit, shipping fees apply
  • Cash Refund, 20% *restocking fee 

- Returns are not allowed on orders with a promotional code or store credit code or discounted sale items unless stated otherwise.

The merchant allows returns for any reasons at all, and when customers simply changed their mind. The merchant usually absorbs all internal additional costs that come with this as long as it is returned for a credit (no restocking fees applied). For cash refunds, the restocking fee is used to cover all the associated costs to the business for processing your order.

*Restocking fee is on order total for Singapore orders and on order total less shipping fee for international orders. 

Return Process

  2. Pack the form together with return item(s) securely and mail it via *trackable shipping to the address on the Return Form.

*You can select non-trackable shipping methods as well but do note that the merchant is not liable for lost mail.

The merchant will drop you an email upon receiving the return parcel and issue credit/cash refund according to your preference.

Faulty/ Incorrect Products

The merchant is very sorry and would like to make things right immediately!

  • If the product you receive is faulty, do contact [email protected] within 21 days with your order number, and a description of the defect, as well as supporting image(s). 

  • Replacement arrangement for a defective product will be made on the merchant's side, with shipping costs absorbed by the merchant.
  • A full cash refund with shipping costs (if any) will be given if the product is deemed faulty after assessment and no more stock is available. If you would like to return the item instead of accepting a replacement, it will be processed as a normal return.

  • Do note product image may differ slightly from the actual product received. 

  • Upon receipt of the products, the merchant will examine it and we will advise you on your right to a replacement or refund (if any) via email as soon as practicable. 

  • In the event that the product returned is not faulty, or faulty due to handling/washing by customers, the merchant may at their discretion decides not to repair, replace or refund for the product and/or they may require you to pay all reasonable shipping costs. Such returns with shipping costs unpaid within 3 months will be donated to a charity of our choice. To the extent permitted by law, they shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses as a result.

Terms of Return

  • Product returned to us shall be strictly un-used and un-washed, product tags shall not be tampered with, the product shall be in original packaging. 
  • The customer bears all responsibility to ensure that the product is packaged properly and mailed via a trackable shipping method.
  • Returns that are made after the stipulated period (21 days) up to 6 months will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Returns made after 6 months will strictly not be accepted.
  • Returns mailed via non-trackable shipping methods, and received after the stipulated period will also be charged a 25% restocking fee.

Illegitimate Returns

  • Customers who persist in sending back final sale items will accept 50% restocking fee on a cash refund or pay for shipping fee of $5 (local) for a re-delivery. All shipping and handling charges (if any) may apply, and are non-refundable. Such returns with shipping costs unpaid within 3 months will be donated to a charity of the merchant's choice. To the extent permitted by law, the merchant shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses as a result.
