This high-waisted black handkerchief skirt is made out of stretchy athletic poly/spandex fabric. It's the same fabric that we use for lace-up leggings and it's brushed for a soft texture. The skirt is pull-on with an elastic waistband and the back is three inches longer than the front.

♦FEATURES: Waistband has thin elastic band sewn inside the top
♦WASHING INSTRUCTIONS: hand wash cold or machine wash cold in a mesh garment bag, hang dry

■SIZE INFO: Find the size chart in the item images. Choose your size based on your waist measurement. This skirt is high-waisted with stretch fabric and an elastic waistband. Size chart shows body measurements, not skirt measurements. The actual skirt waistband will be slightly smaller than your waist and stretch to fit.
