This sheer micro mini skirt is made out of black stretch lace fabric. It has a thin elastic waistband and narrow black band sewn into the hem.

Size chart shows body measurements, not skirt measurements. The actual skirt waistband will be slightly smaller than your waist and stretch to fit.
