This black stretch velvet skirt is fitted at the waist and flared at the hem. It has a comfortable poly/spandex waistband and you can wear it high-waisted or low-waisted. The size chart shows high-waisted sizes, so you might want to get a size up if you want to wear it lower around your hips.
