Our weekenders are handcrafted in England by specialist craftsmen with decades of skill and knowledge in the leather goods industry. They use traditional techniques combined with contemporary equipment to produce luggage of exceptional quality.

Our Veg-tanned leather is imported from Tuscany because it's the finest available to the industry. The veg tan full grain shoulder featured in our leather weekender has been classically milled and tumbled to give a natural drummed finish.

We chose Riri zips as they are considered to be the highest quality zips in the world, with enhanced durability and a buttery smooth operation. Our leather zip pullers feature debossed branding intentionally orientated for left and right, while the solid brass hardware beautifully complements the styling of the bag.

The leather handles have been sanded and burnished for the ultimate comfort when held. This is a superior finish to painting as it won't wear or crack over time. The edges are also beautifully smooth in your hand to give that tactile leather feel.

Finally, it is finished with a solid base to stop the bottom from bowing over time and has a full leather external base for longevity.

Vegetable tanning is a process that is centuries old and today is a combination of ancient recipes and advanced technology. This slow process transforms the raw hide into leather and each hide has its own slightly unique tones.

But what does this slow tanning process mean in practice? The leather is firstly highly resilient and doesn't need to be treated, while minor scuffs can be easily buffed out. Also, it will develop a unique patina over time and give your weekender its own unique characteristics. A truly beautiful product that only gets better with age.
