Please note that it takes about 5 - 7 working days for the wreaths to be completed as each wreath is intricately hand-made!

1) CUSTOMISE your words (e.g.: Merry Christmas, Feliz Navidad, Tan Family (For customised words, please let us know your words in the comment box)
2) Choose your size: 25cm (recommended for doors) or 30cm (recommended for walls)
3) Choose from Delivery ($10 - Personal Courier delivery to doorstep) or Self-Collection (Bishan - address to be given upon confirmation. Monday - Saturday. Time slots: 10-12pm, 2 - 5pm)

Please note the following information before you place your order:
1) No two wreaths are the same. All wreaths are handmade. Please allow for some variance in terms of arrangement and colours from pictures, but design will be arranged as similar as possible.

2) Due to the nature of florals & foliage, discolouration is expected over time, even with indirect sunlight on them.

3) To care for your wreath, do not place it under direct sunlight, hang them in a cool and dry area. No watering is needed. Show your wreaths some TLC, and handle them with love & care!

4) For customised word orders, artwork would be done in the same fonts used for our wreaths, and would be sent to you for approval within 2 working days after we receive your order. No additional charge for customised orders. Please indicate your customised words under 'Comments' during check-out.

5) As real plywood is used, there may be knots in the wood (where a branch used to be). It is 100% natural and would not be considered a defect.

6) For reference, the Carpe Diem wreath pictured here is 25cm.

The merchant aims to deliver your orders within 24 - 48 hours upon confirmation of payment received.

Standard Courier (1-3 working days) at $2 and Express Courier (1 working day) at $6 are offered. All parcels are delivered to your door step, and a tracking number would be provided to you once they've shipped out your parcel.


Arrival dates for individual items may differ. Please check the individual item's page for a better gauge of the estimated delivery date.

Slight delays in arrival for backorders may occur due to manufacturing / shipping delays. Please give some allowances to the estimated arrival date.

Upon receiving the shipment for backorders, please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed and shipped to you.

All items purchased is considered final sale and the merchant does not accept any form of returns or exchanges, unless in the event of wrong order received or a defected item.

Do note that all apparel on the store page will be subjected to a 0.5" allowance due to the allowance given to the factory's mass manufacturing process.

The merchant will only make a special exception for size exchanges (must be in the same color; unless it is out of stock). If your desired size is out of stock, only ShopperBoard credit can be returned to you. The merchant strongly urge you to refer to the measurements for an accurate gauge. The merchant regrets to inform you that postage charges for exchanges that are not due to their oversight, will not be reimbursed.

Please seek to return or get a refund for your order strictly within 7 days of receiving the items. Items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure that they are adequately protected in transit. Items must be returned new, unused, unwashed. Returns that are damaged or soiled, with hints of being worn, will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. We will only reimburse postage charges incurred by you for returns that are solely due to the merchant's oversight.

Changes in size and other issues that are not due to the merchant’s oversight, we regret to inform you that postage charges will not be reimbursed.

The merchant will not be considering these reasons for exchange/returns:

  1. If customer has a change of mind for the item upon receiving it
  2. If customer does not fancy the cutting of the item
  3. If customer deliberately damages / soil the item for refund
  4. Minor defects of apparel (e.g. Loose threads, uncut button holes, removable slight stains, dropping of buttons)
  5. If customer disregards measurements provided and can not fit into the item

To process your claims (within 7 days of receiving your item) :

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and item name (color & size if available)
  2. Inform us if you have received the wrong item / defected item / request for a size change (subjected to availability)
  3. Provide us a snapshot of the defect (if any)
  4. Await our reply
