Defective or wrong item received

The merchant apologizes if they accidentally sent you the incorrect or defective item/s.
Kindly email hello@shopperboard.com with detailed photos of defect area/s. We will review it case by case with the merchant and get back to you as soon as possible.

The merchant will reimburse return postage for you. Please take note that the merchant does not offer cash refund, we will issue a ShopperBoard credit in which you may utilise it on your next purchase.

The use of photographic images may defer slightly from actual product detail. The merchant has made every effort to display as accurately as possible for the colours / details of their products that appear on the site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, they cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.


Exchange - only for sizes

Do note that returns will only be done for an item(s) with brand new condition: its tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered. Requests for exchanges for articles which do not meet all four conditions will be declined duly.

The merchant accepts exchange only for sizes exchange ( same product ), exchange can only done in one time for each order. Exchange items have to be mailed back in 2 days.

The merchant reserves the right to reject any request for exchange if returned merchandise(s) do not meet their requirements or when Customer failed to provide proof of purchase.
