We have officially declared it our new work bag as it can fit our laptop, 3 notebooks, 1 storybook, waterbottle as well as essentials like wallet and key




As this bag is oversized and will not fit into the regular mailbox. The only delivery method is via courier or self collect.

Our courier takes up to 3 working days (Excludes Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays)

Courier may deliver on Saturday, depending on each driver's schedule which is not controllable from our side.

Contact number is required.

Do also leave instructions for our courier at the remarks section in the event of failed delivery: E.g Please leave it at the riser if nobody is home.

In the event there is a failed delivery, an email will be automatically triggered by our courier to the email provided during the check out.

Our courier will attempt 2 deliveries, and if the receipient cannot be contacted, the package will be returned to us and a re-delivery fee will be charged by the courier.

Please note that the refund policy is only in terms of credits.

  1. Exchange & Return
    1. Exchanges are only applicable for regular priced items for the following reasons:
      • An incorrect item
      • A defective item

      Requests for exchanges other than the above reasons will not be entertained. Please note that the merchant does not accept returns if the size or cutting doesn't fit. Do check the measurements and specifications as provided in store.

    2. Postage charges to and fro will be borne by the customers. Postage fees incurred for exchanges would be the actual fee that Singpost/courier charge without any subsidies from the store.
    3. All exchanges and returns have to be submitted to [email protected] titled [Exchange Request] Order number XXX (alphabetics) with snapshots of the defects within 5 working days from date of posting. Items have to be mailed out within 5 working days after an email has been sent on the return/exchange procedure. Exchange requests sent in via other methods e.g wrong email/ facebook/instagram will not be entertained.
    4. Requests for exchanges and returns thereafter will not be entertained.
    5. Please kindly ensure that the parcel is returned in its original condition, unworn and unwashed with the tags intact.
    6. The merchant reserves the right to reject any exchanges if the above point is not fulfilled.
    7. The merchant reserves to right to reject any exchanges that has not been confirmed. Any shipping cost incurred to return the package will be borne by the customer.
    8. All exchanges are assessed on a case-by-case basis and the merchant reserves the right to exercise discretion in permitting or rejecting all requests for exchanges.

  2. Defects/ Incorrect items sent
    1. The merchant checks all orders before sending. In the event a defective/wrong item has been sent, they sincerely apologise.
    2. Please drop an email to [email protected] within 5 working days with a snap shot of the item/ area of defect.
    3. The merchant will send a replacement piece of the item if there is an available piece. There is strictly no refunds if a replacement piece is available.
    4. In the event that the item is no longer available, refunds in terms of ShopperBoard credits will be issued.
    5. Postage charges incurred will be refunded via ShopperBoard credits.
    6. Returns for defect/incorrect items follow the above points from 1.3-1.6
    7. Please only send back the item once a confirmation has been given. The merchant reserves to right to reject any order that has not been confirmed. Any shipping cost incurred to return the package will be borne by the customer.
    8. For items that has been sent back to the merchant but does not have the defect mentioned, postage fee for the return of item will be chargeable. If no top up was done for the postage fee, item will be disposed after 14 days.
