Shipping

  • Shipping is FREE within Singapore
  • Upon order confirmation, the merchant will need about 2-3 working days to process and pack your parcel. After which, Ninja Van will pick up your parcel for delivery.
  • Delivery options by Ninja Van:
    • Standard: Within 3 business days after dispatch. Free! 
    • Standard with timeslots: Within 3 business days upon dispatch, to reach at your designated time. $2.00 per order
    • Express: 1 Business day upon dispatch.$3.50 per order.
    • Express with timeslots: 1 Business day upon dispatch, to reach at your designated time. $5.50 per order.

Weekend Deliveries

  • Weekend Deliveries
    • Delivery on weekends is only for local orders. Please leave a comment at hello@shopperboard.com that you would like to have your product delivered on the weekend upon checkout. Weekend deliveries are only available on Saturdays from 9 am to 10 pm.

Redelivery Charges

  • Will there be charges for re-delivery?
  • For Standard & Express delivery options, delivery will be attempted up to three times, upon which, parcels will be returned to Emelyn. A redelivery charge of $2.00 for Standard Courier or $3.50 for Express Courier will be applicable for all bounced parcels to be redelivered.

Exchanges & Returns

  • Not satisfied with your product? Let us help!
     
    • Instead of exchanges, the merchant is offering returns for ShopperBoard credit note equivalent to the purchase price of the returned item(s). The merchant is unable to reimburse delivery fees mailing the parcel back to them. Please email hello@shopperboard.com to notify us and obtain a copy of return form prior to returning your package. 
    • You are able to return your item, as long as it reaches the merchant within 30 days from receiving your order. 
    • Items will be considered fit for return as long as they are in their original condition with no damages or worn marks on the outsole. Original Shoe Box must also be returned. The management of the merchant reserves the right to reject any item based on our discretion.
    • How do I go about making the return?

      • Please properly pack the shoes back in the original shoes box and include the return form together with the package. Please send your parcel back to Dual Energi Pte Ltd, 63 Hillview Avenue Lam Soon Industrial Building #09-08 Singapore 669569
      • The merchant strongly encourages you to mail back your parcel via a trackable mode of delivery. They will not be responsible for any lost packages. Packages will only be considered returned when they have confirmed that they have received it.
      • Returns will be processed within 14 working days from the date the merchant received your parcel. You will receive an email update once your return has been processed.

Order Issues

  • Am I able to change my order after I have placed it?

    • The merchant regrets to inform you that you are unable to change your order after you have placed it as they always pack items quickly upon confirmation so that you may receive your order in a timely manner.

Defective/Wrong Items

  • What should I do if I have received a defective item?

    • Firstly, the merchant would like to sincerely apologize if you have received a defective item and will do their best to have you receive the product you are satisfied with.
    • Please email hello@shopperboard.com within 14 calendar days of receiving your order with:
      • Your ShopperBoard order number
      • Name/Product Code of the defective item
      • Photograph and explanation of the defect
  • Our CS representative will be in touch with you shortly. Should the item be deemed defective, please kindly return the defective item complete with the original shoe box to the merchant's office address by a trackable mode of delivery. You will be given a ShopperBoard credit note as compensation.

  • What should I do if I have received a wrong item?

    • The merchant sincerely apologizes if you have received a wrong item.
    • Please email hello@shopperboard.com within 14 calendar days of receiving your order with:
      • Your ShopperBoard order number
      • Name/Product Code of the item you have ordered
      • Name/Product Code of the item you have received
      • A photograph of the wrong item that you have received
