SHIPPING MODES, RATES AND DELIVERY LEAD TIME

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 working days (except courier delivery which will only be consolidated and shipped on Saturdays) upon receipt/verification of payment.

  • Due to size and weight constraints, your order may be split into separate parcels.
  • In-stock items and backorder items should be carted out separately (in 2 different orders). No combination of orders will be allowed for backorder items. Items will be shipped out according to the arrival dates. The in-stock piece will be mailed out first.

The following delivery lead times are just an estimate and do not include internal order processing time of 1-2 working days.

Please ensure that mailing address provided at check out page is complete and accurate. The merchant will not be held responsible for any missing or delayed parcels in the event that the address provided is incomplete or incorrect.

SINGPOST NORMAL MAIL

1) No certificate of posting will be provided for Singpost Normal Mail option. There is a risk of lost mail. The merchant will not be liable for such an incident.

 

SINGPOST REGISTERED MAIL

1) Once your order status has been updated to "In Delivery", you may track your parcel using the tracking number provided to you via email.

2) Delivery will be deemed completed as long as Singpost system reflects that parcel has been delivered.

 

LOCAL COURIER (ROADBULL)

1) Once your order status has been updated to "COMPLETED", you may track your parcel using the tracking number provided to you via email. 

2) Orders paid before Thursday 5pm will be dispatched on the same Saturday. Orders paid after Thursday 5pm will be dispatched the next Saturday.

3) Delivery will be deemed completed as long as there is proof from the merchant's courier partner showing that parcel has been delivered to the stipulated delivery address (either by way of digital signature or photo proof of parcels being left at certain locations at the instructions of recipient), the delivery will be deemed to be completed and the merchant will not entertain any claims of lost/missing parcels. Kindly contact the respective service providers with regards to parcel related enquiries/matters once the parcel has been dispatched from the merchant's office.

4) Local courier is not available for restricted areas (e.g. Changi Airport, Cargo Complex, Alps Avenue, PSA Terminal, Army Camps, Woodlands/Tuas Checkpoints), and island areas (e.g. Jurong Island, Sentosa, Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Southern Island, Lazarus Island). In the event which you have opted for local courier for such areas, the parcel will be mailed via Singpost registered mail.

 

RE-DELIVERY

1) For returned parcel due to an incomplete or incorrect mailing address, a non-subsidized shipping fee of S$4.50 per parcel will be charged before it can be shipped to the correct address.

2) If there is a 3rd failed delivery attempt for local courier delivery, the customer has to top up a shipping fee of S$4.50 per parcel before it can be shipped again.

3) Please note an email will be sent to you should your parcel be returned. Parcels not collected within 2 weeks from the date of email notification from the merchant will be disposed of without prior notice. Strictly no refunds will be made for such cases.

EXCHANGE

With effect from 8 December 2018 (applies for orders made on and after 8 December 2018), we provide 1:1 exchange for all regular priced items.

Step 1: Is your order eligible for exchange?

1) You can exchange any regular priced item(s) for a replacement design/colour/size of regular price within 14 calendar days from the date of mailing/dispatch of the parcel (shipment notification email). 

2) Item(s) purchased with discount codes, gift cards, store credit or reward redemption points are not valid for exchange. The following are also not accepted for exchange:

  • Sale items
  • Free size items
  • Bags and accessories
  • Orders/Items which have previously been processed for exchange
  • Deliberate damage of item in order to make it eligible for exchange
  • Defects which appear after, or are caused by washing and handling by the customer

3) Seasonal products (e.g. cheongsam, CNY outfits) are only valid for size exchanges. Exchanges for another design or colour will not be entertained.

4) Exchange item(s) must be in their original condition and packaging, unwashed, unworn, unscented, with its clothing tag intact/attached.

5) Item(s) which do not fulfil the above criteria will be rejected and classified as illegitimate exchange/return (see below).

 

Step 2: Once your order fulfils the above exchange conditions, these are the things you need to note:

1) No cash refund or store credit will be given if the replacement item is of a lower value. However, a top-up will be required if the replacement item is of a higher value. Top-up can only be made via bank transfer mode.

2) All shipping costs to and fro will be borne by you. Free shipping on minimum spending is not eligible for all exchanges.

3) No changing of replacement item(s) once your request has been submitted because we have already reserved the merchandise for you.

4) Shipping of replacement item(s) can only be made via local courier, and is chargeable at S$3.50 per parcel.

 

Step 3: How to proceed with an exchange?

1) Email [email protected] with the email subject [Exchange – Order xxxxxx] stating the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the design/colour/size which you wish to replace with.

2) You will receive an email with TheFleurLabel's exchange form and mailing details. Your return must reach the merchant within 7 calendar days thereafter. Any exchange received after the stipulated time will be denied.

3) Customers can mail back the item by their preferred type of mailing. However, all merchandises are your responsibility until they reach the merchant and the merchant will not be liable for any packaging/postage fees incurred or lost/delayed mails. As such, the merchant strongly encourages exchanges to be mailed via trackable mode.

4) Exchanges made without our email acceptance will be classified as illegitimate exchange/return (see below).

 

RETURN

Step 1: Is your order eligible for return?

1) You can return any regular priced item(s) for store credit within 14 calendar days from the date of mailing/dispatch of the parcel (shipment notification email). 

2) Entire orders purchased with discount codes, gift cards, store credit or reward redemption points are not valid for returns. The following are also not accepted for return:

  • Sale items
  • Seasonal products (e.g. cheongsams, CNY outfits)
  • Bags and accessories
  • Deliberate damage of item in order to make it eligible for return
  • Defects which appear after, or are caused by washing and handling by the customer

3) Return item must be in its original condition and packaging, unwashed, unworn, unscented, with its clothing tag intact/attached.

4) Item(s) which do not fulfill the above criteria will be rejected and classified as illegitimate exchange/return (see below).

 

Step 2: Once your order fulfills the above return conditions, these are the things you need to note:

1) Restocking fees: With effect from 17 November 2018, S$3.50 for the first returned item and S$2.00 for each subsequent returned item(s) will be deducted before we issue a store credit. This restocking fee is used to cover the subsidized shipping in your initial order and all associated costs to the business for processing your return order.

2) Fall below fee for free shipping: Where your order basket falls below the required threshold to qualify for free shipping after the return, applicable shipping fees will be deducted before we issue the store credit.

3) All returns will be done via store credit only, no cash refunds will be made.

4) Store credit will only include the amount paid for the item(s), excluding the original shipping fee.  

 

Step 3: How to proceed with return?

2) You will receive an email with TheFleurLabel's return form and mailing details. Your return must reach the merchant within 7 calendar days thereafter. Any return received after the stipulated time will be denied.

Step 4: When will you receive the store credit? 

1) Store credit (valid for 3 months) will be issued into your ShopperBoard account within 7 calendar days upon receipt and inspection of your returned item(s). If it is not utilized within the given time frame, the amount will be forfeited. No extension will be allowed.

2) The value of each credit note has to be utilized within one transaction; any remaining amount will not be refunded.

3) Store credit can only be utilized by the account holder unless otherwise stated. They are non-refundable and non-transferable in nature.

4) Orders made with store credit are not valid for return/exchange.

 

INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED

1) The merchant apologises if an incorrect item was mailed out. Please email [email protected] with the email subject [Incorrect Item – Order xxxxxx] with photos of the wrong item within 7 calendar days from the date of mailing/dispatch of the parcel (i.e. shipment notification email).

2) If a replacement piece is available, courier delivery will be arranged to deliver the correct item in exchange for the incorrect piece. Kindly ensure that the return item is securely packed and addressed to The Fleur Label before handing it to the courier.

3) If a replacement piece is not available, store credit will be issued. No cash refunds will be provided. Customers are requested to return the item via normal mail with a certificate of posting from the post office. The merchant will not be liable for any packaging/additional postage fees. Postage fees incurred will be reimbursed in the form of store credit. 

 

DEFECTIVE ITEM

1) The merchant apologises if you have received a defective item. Please email [email protected] with the email subject [Defective Item – Order xxxxxx] with photos of the manufacturing defect within 7 calendar days from the date of mailing/dispatch of the parcel (i.e. shipment notification email). We will ascertain the defect and advise you further.

2) As our apparels are mass manufactured, the following are not considered manufacturing defects:

  • Difference of up to 1 inch from the stated measurements
  • Slight color discrepancies arising from the difference in computer screen resolutions
  • Item with slight imperfections (e.g. loose threads, small washable stains, small dotted stains on fabric, small stains on the lining, etc) which do not affect the overall appearance of the item
  • Different placement of prints from the showcased item as the placement of prints might differ from piece to piece.
  • Colourblock, stitching and embroidery pieces must always be hand-washed and separated immediately to prevent the colour run. Rinsing or soaking such pieces are strictly not advised. In cases of colour run due to customer's fault, a return will not be entertained.

3) If a defect is ascertained, an exchange of the same item in the same size and colour will be provided.

4) Customers are requested to return the item via normal mail with a certificate of posting from the post office. The merchant will not be liable for any packaging/additional postage fees. Postage fees incurred will be reimbursed in the form of store credit. 

5) Upon receipt of the defective piece, a replacement piece (if available) will be shipped via the original mailing mode selected within 3 working days upon receipt of the defective item. In the event where a replacement piece is not available, store credit will be issued. No cash refunds will be provided.

6) Returns made without our email acceptance will be classified as exchange/illegitimate return (see below).

 

ILLEGITIMATE EXCHANGE/RETURN

1) All items are inspected upon return. Articles not meeting the exchange/return conditions will be rejected.

2) In the event that the exchange/return item is not defective, or damaged due to postage transit/handling by customers, we may at our discretion decide not to refund for the product. The customer has to top up a shipping fee of S$4.50 for all rejected items to be couriered back to them. 

3) Parcels not collected after 2 weeks from date of notification from us will be disposed of without prior notice. Strictly no refunds will be made for such cases. 

 

The merchant reserves the right to make amendments to any of the above Terms & Conditions. In the event of any dispute, The merchant reserves the right of final decision.
