Measurements for each apparel have been provided on the product listing page. All measurements are stated in inches (as denoted by the " sign) and are taken with the apparel laid flat and NOT stretched out. The full circumference of each area is twice the across measurement. E.g. PTP 16 inches means 32 inches chest circumference. 

PIT TO PIT (PTP): Measure across your chest at the fullest point of your bra cup. Make sure to go under your arms and not around them.

WAIST: Measure across the smallest part of your waistline, often just above the belly button.

HIPS: Measure across the fullest part of your hips/lower body where it curves out the most.

RISE: Measure from the crotch seam to the top of the waistband.

LENGTH: Measure from the highest point of your shoulders and straight down to the hem.

LEG OPENING: Measure across two points of the hole that your thigh/leg goes through.

Model's stats are also available and act as a sizing reference. All shoppers are advised to refer to the actual measurements stated for a more accurate gauge of the sizing.

If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notification slip may be left by SingPost to advise on re-delivery or collection. Packages can be tracked on SingPost's website here.

 

SHIPPING A BACKORDER

Shipping fees shown during checkout are applicable on one parcel only. If you have placed an order for a backorder and an in-stock item together, do note that your entire order will only be shipped when the backorder arrives.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item to the merchant for store credits. Please take note of the following in order for your returns to be valid. 

  • ShopperBoard must be notified of a return within 7 days of receipt.
  • Returns must be in their original conditions and packed in the original transparent packaging, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, all tags intact and purchased directly firsthand from www.styledlabel.com.
  • Orders made with promotional codes, store credits, sale items and non-clothing items such as accessories, bags and shoes, are not allowed for returns.
  • All returns must be mailed back via a trackable source such as SingPost's registered mail or courier and must reach us within 10 business days for local orders or 20 business days for international orders, from the date you receive your item. The merchant will not be liable for any lost returns that are not mailed back via a trackable source. The return will not be valid if the merchant does not receive your parcel. All shoppers are responsible for the postage costs incurred for the return.
  • All returns will be issued ShopperBoard credits within 7 business days upon receiving the item. Orders purchased with store credits will not be eligible for further returns/exchanges.
  • All items will be inspected upon return. In the event that the item is found to be not suitable for return, the return will be rejected and returned to you with no credits issued. Any additional postage/courier fees incurred in the process will have to be borne by the customer. Returns are accepted and processed via mailings strictly only.

 

INCORRECT / DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We sincerely apologise for any incorrect or defective items received. Kindly email hello@shopperboard.com with a snapshot of the incorrect item or area of the defect, along with your invoice number for verification purposes within 7 days of receipt. A one to one exchange will be provided and any postage incurred for the exchange will be reimbursed to you. Kindly note that the incorrect item must be in their original conditions and packed in the original transparent packaging, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and all tags intact. In the event that the merchandise you originally purchased is sold out, ShopperBoard credits or refunds will be issued.
