The predecessor to the petticoat, this hooped undergarment will accentuate the overall shape of your Renaissance gown. Can be used with or without the bum roll. The lightweight poly/cotton fabric contains 5 metal rings which will keep your overskirt in a beautiful umbrella shape. Some assembly required. Insert 5 adjustable inner bands for the "bone", which have a plastic quick-detach buckle so rings can be removed for washing. You can start at the top or the bottom.
