This fun, whimsical bolo is pieced together from tiny strips of black and white cotton fabric, twisted and twirled on wire to create three mums with a red rose center, and strung together on a black bungee cord.  The mums slide up and down, with each tip finished with a coordinating loop.  Cotton.  Machine washable.  Dry in a lingerie bag.
