This sheer black mesh flared knee length skirt has an opaque waistband with elastic. The back is slightly longer than the front. 

♦LENGTH: front is about 21 inches, back is about 22.5 inches
♦FABRIC TYPE: Mesh fabric is 90% nylon, 10% spandex. Waistband is poly/spandex.
♦FEATURES: 1/4" wide black band around hem
♦WASHING INSTRUCTIONS: hand wash cold or machine wash cold in a mesh garment bag, hang dry

■SIZE INFO: Choose your size based on your waist measurement. This skirt is high-waisted with stretch fabric and an elastic waistband. Size chart shows body measurements, not skirt measurements. The actual skirt waistband will be slightly smaller than your waist and stretch to fit.

▪How to measure your WAIST: hold flexible tape measure around the smallest part of your torso (usually near your bellybutton)
▪How to measure your HIPS: hold flexible tape measure around the biggest part of your booty (this might be lower then your hip bone)
▪The LENGTH is measured from the top of the waistband to the bottom of the hem
