This flared red mesh skirt has a thin elastic band around the waist and a matching band around the hem. Wear it as lingerie or layer it over leggings.
Washing instructions: Wash red garments separately from white or light colored garments. Hand wash cold or machine wash cold/delicate cycle in a mesh garment bag and hang dry. This fabric has been pre-washed.
