The Queen of Rom-Com, Park Min Young (박민영), is finally back with this much-awaited romance drama, "Forecasting Love and Weather 기상청 사람들: 사내연애 잔혹사 편", centered on a weather forecast station about a frosty and strict female weather forecaster Jin Ha-Kyung (진하경), portrayed by Park Min Young, who is a stickler for rules and regulations in the workplace but finds her resolute tested when she finds herself gradually falling in love with the new special advisor to her department, Lee Shi-Woo (이시우), played by charismatic "Nevertheless" actor, Song Kang (송강), who impresses her with his vast knowledge and intelligence about the weather.
