This coffee has a lively aroma with citrus and almonds flavors. It is a delicious clean cup with a good body, a crisp acidity and a very pronounced sweetness of stone fruits. The coffee is a medium dark roast and represents one of our stronger coffees. The coffee comes from Café Granja La Esperanza, which is one of Columbia's leading specialty coffee producers and has been awarded numerous times. Café Granja La Esperanza has grown since the first farm “Potosi” was created in 1945 in the Caicedonia area. Today, it is one of the leading farms in Colombia, producing some of the best coffees in the world. The farm has been recognized three times for producing the best coffee of the year in Colombia by Specialty Coffee Association of America.
