In case you hadn't realised, there's a lot of ruffles in this collection. That's because they're beautiful, and we put a lot of them in the Henrietta dress. So that makes this dress extra-beautiful. And also it feels so nice because we made it in a silk-styled poly-blend fabric.

Standard Delivery

The merchant wants you to get your stuff as soon as you can, so their Standard Delivery really means next-day delivery.

All orders will be processed within 1-2 working days. The merchant aims to deliver all local orders by the next working day.

Please note that only orders placed before 1PM (Monday - Friday) will be processed and shipped on that same day. Any orders placed after 1PM will be processed on the day of order and shipped the next working day.

As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email outlining your order and your tracking information.

However, sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. You can track your order via the link in your confirmation email. If you have not received your delivery within five working days, please contact [email protected]. The merchant does not ship on weekends or public holidays.

A signature is required on delivery for standard delivery. If you are not at home during the delivery attempt, a delivery failure message will be sent to you to facilitate a re-delivery. Please do contact the logistics provider to schedule a re-delivery if you did not receive a delivery failure message.

Re-delivery charges will apply after a 3rd failed attempt.

Please note that the merchant will not be liable for incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customers and order may be subjected to top-up for re-delivery.

 

Express Delivery

Sometimes, we just want that dress real bad. The merchant gets it. Get your stuff on the same day with the express delivery option.

All Express orders placed before 1PM will be processed and arranged to deliver on the same working day.

Please note that same-day delivery only applies for orders placed before 1PM (Monday - Friday). Any orders placed after 1PM will be processed on the day of order and shipped the next working day.

Hey you. The merchant would want you to love their stuff, but if you absolutely have to, you can return it to them (free for orders within Singapore). Please note that free returns do not apply to items that are in the SALE categories.

You can return any item for a refund in ShopperBoard credits, or you can exchange it (for a different size only) within 30 days of receiving your original order. Just fill in the Returns form supplied with your order and initiate a returns process with ShopperBoard.


Returning your stuff to the merchant

To request a return, simply follow the steps below:

  1. Ensure that the items are in original condition (unwashed, unworn, and with the tags attached) with the original invoice.
  2. Initiate a returns process with us by emailing to [email protected] with your return reason.

    IMPORTANT: If you would like to make an exchange for a different size, or would like to return due to a defect/incorrect size, please indicate in the email so that the merchant can arrange for an exchange for you.

  3. For local orders, the most amazing ladies here at QLOTHÈ will process the return and contact you to arrange a suitable time for a courier to drop by and pick your item up.

 
Prep the package!

  1. Place the item(s) you want to return back in the brown box / bag the merchant sent your order in.
  2. Mark the items that you are returning on the original invoice, fill in the Returns form and place them together in the package.
  3. Seal it securely
  4. Yay!


The fine print. :(

The merchant aims to process all returns as humanly possible. Please ensure that you include the Returns form in the package; without it they are unable to process your return.

Once they have received your package, they will carry out a final inspection to ensure that the item is in its original condition. The return should be processed within 10 working days. We will send you an e-mail acknowledging the return, with details of any refunded items.

Please note that returns that do not meet the policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.

After you have received the e-mail, please allow up to 10 working days for the ShopperBoard credits to be refunded into your account.

If you have yet to receive any email to confirm your refund or return, please allow up to 28 days from the date your item was picked up before enquiring on the return.

If beyond this time line you have yet to receive any news about your return, please send an email to [email protected] with your order reference so that we may investigate for you.
