EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY:

• All items sold are non-refundable.
• All discounted and sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• Credit refund is only allowed in the event whereby the originally purchased item is out of stock in all colours and sizes.

Requests for exchanges for regular priced items exchange are allowed only when you have received (i) an *incorrect item or (ii) a **defective item. In this very rare event, the merchant will exchange the item upon verification. Please take a snapshot of the incorrect/defective item in its ***original condition and email [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the item. We will send out a confirmation email upon receiving your email.  

Purchases made in Singapore:

Upon receiving the confirmation email from us, you have 7 days to return the incorrect/defective item/faulty product.

*Incorrect item: Incorrect item refers to a wrong item or wrong item size shipped. In the event a wrong judgement call is made by the customer, a size exchange will not be entertained. The merchant tries to best represent the actual colour of our products. However, there might also be slight discrepancies in the colours of the items arising from the difference in computer screen resolutions. This is not considered as an incorrect item.


**Defective Merchandises Received: Defective item is defined as an item that has manufacture defects at the point of receipts such as holes, pills, missing buttons, or spoilt zippers. Due to the nature of mass manufactured products, there might be discrepancies of 0.5”-0.8” (measured when apparel is laid flat and untouched) between the items and the measurements the merchant has provided on the ShopperBoard store. As such, these discrepancies are not regarded as a defect.
