For all Singapore orders that opt for standard courier service / eligible for complimentary courier service*: 

  • An additional $2 shipping fee applies which will be automated upon checkout of order.* 
  • Parcels are delivered via Roadbull Logistics Pte Ltd.
  • Tracking of parcel(s) can be done by entering the according consignment number at http://www.roadbull.com or via their mobile app. 
  • Delivery takes 1 - 3 working days, anytime in between 9am - 10pm. 
  • For every unsuccessful first delivery attempt, a free re-delivery will be scheduled on the next working day. 
  • Orders are shipped according to order number. With effect from November 2016, the merchant no longer accepts order combination request(s). 

Do kindly check that you have to provide us with a valid local mobile number as the courier may drop you a text/call should there's no one around to receive the parcel during point of delivery. 

Orders will be shipped according to customer’s specified address reflected on the invoice. The merchant is not responsible for items delivered to incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers.

In the rare event whereby you did not managed to receive your parcel within the stipulated time frame, do feel free to email [email protected] and we will expedite a check for you.

The merchant accepts returns for the following reasons: 

  • Incorrect Items
  • Defective Items
  • Issues with size/fit

However, orders placed using promotional codes, store credits, sale items and non-clothing items such as accessories and bags are not allowed for returns.


 

Size Exchange

Size exchanges are allowed only for regular priced items. Please email [email protected] within 14 working days of receiving the item(s) together with your order number and the size you wish to exchange your item for. An exchange will be facilitated only if stocks are available. In the event that requested item(s) are out of stock, an online credit note will be issued accordingly. 


 

Incorrect Item Sent

In the event that you have received an incorrect item, the merchant will be more than happy to process an exchange right away for the item you originally ordered. The merchant regrets to inform you that in the event that the item you originally ordered is out of stock, they will only be able to offer a replacement item or credits.


Defective Items

In the event that you have received a defective item, please kindly email [email protected] with an image of the area-of-concern and relevant order number input as the title field. However, please kindly note that the merchant is only able to process such exchange requests within 14 working days from date of original invoice issued. 

In the event that the item you originally ordered is out of stock, the merchant will be only be able to offer a replacement item or store credits.
