Returns and Exchange
Returns for store credit and Exchanges are allowed within 30 days from date of purchase. Your hardcopy receipt must be presented. Alternatively, members can present the digital form of the receipt which may be accessed via our website. Items must be unworn, unwashed with its hang tag intact.
For Returns, store credit will be issued immediately in the stores and within 5 working days by mail. For Exchanges, items are eligible for a one-time exchange and this exchange is final. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange unless specifically mentioned.
Products under categories such as Beauty, Skincare, Bath & Wellness, Home fragrance, Intimate products, Activewear, Masks and Magazines are not eligible for exchange or return.
