Orders will be shipped within 2 to 5 business days upon confirmation from our Japan warehouse.

Shipments are delivered by overseas courier service with registered tracking number attached.

Please note that estimated delivery time is calculated when the parcel is dispatched. Delivery time may be affected due to festive holidays of the destination.

Unfortunately, we may not be able to change your shipping address once your order has been submitted.

International customers are responsible for all handling fees, taxes and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries.
These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We are not responsible for any customs and import duty charges.

We offer exchanges within 14 days from receipt of delivery/collection for all items purchased from us.
Buyers will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless there is defect on the purchased item.

We are unable to accept refund of exchange after 14 days from receipt of delivery/collection.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in original package and in the same condition as you received it.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If all is well with the returned item your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

We only replace items if they have defects or damages.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping costs back to us are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
