Overview of the Dialogue Session

Raphael will lead unique Q&A dialogue sessions that aim to provide participants with a deeper understanding of the discipline.

While topics will be prepared beforehand, participants are encouraged to arrive with questions and topics that they would like to address and discuss.

In previous sessions, Raphael engaged participants in topics pertaining to the different styles of Yoga (e.g., Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin, etc.), mindful movement, the physiology of breathing and how to channel emotional energy in the practice.

About the instructor:

Raphael is a Yoga Teacher (Nithya Priyan School of Yoga) and Parkour Coach (MOVE Academy Singapore).

He has taught and conducted workshops in Singapore, Bali, and Italy.
Raphael specialises in guiding others towards achieving a state of Flow through mindfulness
and moving meditation by drawing on the serenity of Yoga and the vigour of Parkour.

His passion lies in teaching in the Hatha and Vinyasa styles, and he places deep emphasis
on smooth transitions and transformation from within.

For cancellation made more than 1 week before the date of the workshop, we will be issuing store credit for the amount paid.
