MEASUREMENTS

To best assess your fit for a particular item, choose a garment that you already own of a similar cutting and that fits you well. Lay this item flat and measure across the front. Then, compare this measurement with your desired garment’s measurements as stated on our site. Please note that measuring your body directly may provide misleading measurements, and you may require different measurements for garments of different designs - depending on factors such as the cutting, whether there are sleeves, whether the material is stretchy, whether there are elastic bands etc.

	CHEST To determine an accurate chest measurement, lay your measuring tool flat accross the front of the garments, just under the arms.
	WAIST Our measurement chart provides the garment’s natural waist dimension - this is the thinnest part of your mid-section. For a dress’ waist measurement, find the thinnest part of the garment (the waistband) and measure it. For pants or a skirt, measure the top of the garment to ascertain its waist.
	LENGTH To obtain the length of a top or dress, measure from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the garment. For pants and skirts, this is the measurement from the waist to the bottom hem.
	HIP Measure around the fullest part of your body, usually about midway between your crotch and belly button.
	SHORTS Measure 1” below your crotch around your thigh.

Local Courier

All parcels to be delivered to Singapore addresses will be sent by local courier (Urban Fox) within 2-3 working days after payment has been verified. Please provide a valid local contact number so that the merchant can furnish the same to the local courier company for delivery purposes. Local courier will be charged at S$2.50 flat. FREE STANDARD COURIER FOR LOCAL ORDERS OVER $100

Please note that courier service is not available for addresses at Tuas, Sentosa, Mount Faber, Changi Airport, Senoko, Jurong Island, Lim Chu Kang, Sembawang Park, Changi/Tanah Merah Ferry Terminals, military camps, and PO Boxes - please email [email protected] if you would like the merchant to send your order to these places. We will advise you on any additional fee payable for the delivery of your order.

GENERAL EXCHANGE TERMS

The merchant reserves the right to amend the exchange policy at any time. The general terms in this section below shall apply to all exchanges/returns.  

• All products purchased are non-refundable in cash. 
• An exchange will only be entertained if the item is in its original unworn, unwashed, unaltered condition with its tag (if any) intact.
• Only regular-priced items are eligible for exchanges/returns. Items bought on sale or using any discount or promotion code will not be eligible for exchanges/returns.

EXCHANGE/RETURN OF REGULAR-PRICED ITEM FOR REASONS OTHER THAN SIGNIFICANT DEFECT OR INCORRECT ORDER

If a regular-priced item you purchased does not fit you well or you just wish to return the item, you may return the item you purchased to the merchant, subject to the following terms and conditions and the following steps: 

Terms and conditions 

• All postage fees (to and fro) will be borne by you.
• An additional administrative and handling fee of S$1.00 will be imposed for each item that you return for exchange/refund. This amount can be paid to the merchant separately (via PayPal or bank transfer) or deducted from the amounts of ShopperBoard credits you will receive from the exchange.
• If you opt for ShopperBoard credits instead of exchange, ShopperBoard credits will be issued to you (after our receipt of the items).
• If you opt for exchange for another item, no refunds or credits will be given if the replacement item is of a lower value. However, a top-up will be required if you opt to exchange an item for another item of a higher value.
• Do note that sale items are not eligible for exchange.

Please follow the following steps:

• Email us at [email protected] (no later than 7 days after the date of the receipt of your order), stating the following:

1. Your name;
2. Your ShopperBoard 4 digit order number;
3. The item you wish to exchange/ return; and
4. Whether you would like to exchange the item for another item (if so, please state preferred replacement item and size) (subject to availability) or you would like to obtain ShopperBoard credits for the returned item.

• After we have confirmed that you may proceed to send the item back to the merchant for the exchange/return, please pack the item securely in an envelope or plastic packaging and write your name and return address at the back of the parcel.
• Thereafter, please send the parcel to the merchant as soon as possible via registered postage (or such other courier method that allows tracking) in its original condition at the address which we will furnish to you over email.

EXCHANGE/RETURN OF DEFECTIVE ITEMS OR INCORRECT ORDER

If you received an item with a *significant defect or a wrong order, you will qualify for a free exchange for the same item of same size (if the same item is still available) or ShopperBoard credits of an equivalent value (only if the item is no longer available), subject to the following terms and conditions and the following steps. 

Only the following defects will be considered a significant defect which will qualify for an exchange/return:

• Measurements of the item differ more than 0.75" from that stated on the product page;
• Stains that do not appear to be removable with a wash of the item;
• Obvious scratches or tears on the item that is visible on the exterior of the item; and
• Spoilt zippers that are not caused by you.

For the avoidance of doubt, please note that the following will not be considered defects or significant defects:

• Slight washable stains;
• Loose threads;
• Slight colour variation from photos on the product page; or
• Cuttings that do not fit you or your body shape well. 

Please follow the following steps:

• Email us at [email protected] (no later than 7 days after the date of the receipt of your order), stating the following:

1. Your name;
2. Your ShopperBoard 4 digit order number;
3. Photo of the defect or wrong item.

• After we have confirmed that you may proceed to send the item back to the merchant for the exchange/return, please pack the item securely in an envelope or plastic packaging and write your name and return address at the back of the parcel.
• Thereafter, please send the parcel to the merchant as soon as possiblevia registered postage (the costs of which will be borne by the merchant) in in its original condition at the address which we will furnish to you over email.
