A manufacturing process used in a batch of our pumping bras resulted in rough seams where the straps meet the back of the bra. Although this doesn’t affect the award-winning functionality of these bras, it isn’t up to our standards.

As soon as we noticed the issue, we separated out the affected inventory and started looking for a solution. Given our commitment to reducing clothing waste, we were excited to realize that with minor adjustments anyone can make at home, these bras can still bring comfort and convenience to new moms.

As moms who are passionate about getting it right, we tested these two easy fixes ourselves to make sure they work:

Fix 1: Nail file -- File down the rough edge of the seam where each strap connects to the back of the bra.

Fix 2: Band-Aid or moleskin -- Wrap a Band-Aid or moleskin over each seam to cover any roughness.
