Persian rugs and the art of weaving them is an essential part of Persian culture and Iranian art. These rugs carry rich stories in the form of color, pattern, symbol and weave style that let you know where they're from and the people they come from. Our designer Melody, who grew up in a Persian household pays homage to her mother and one of the rugs in her home. These pieces are representative of the bridge between the culture of her parents and the culture of being born and raised in Los Angeles as a first generation Persian American.
