This vibrant plus size vintage 1990's Collared dress has an open wrap style bust with a collar and flares out at the waist. It does include pockets and is a midi-length.

This dress is a non-stretch material. The tag is faded so can't confirm but feels like a woven cotton blend.

Some fading to fabric, especially around arm pits but it not very noticeable. Photos included.

Fit notes: The dress fits our dress form pretty well and probably wouldn't accomodate a larger bust (due to the waist line)
