The merchant recommends customers to opt for Roadbull Delivery for a safe and secure delivery of your parcel. 

The merchant will dispatch your order within 1 to 3 working days upon order confirmation and received of payment.

For orders containing in-stock items and backorder items, the order will only be shipped out when backorder items are available. If you wish to receive the in-stock items first, please check out as 2 separate orders.

Free shipping by Roadbull Delivery for the purchase of minimum 3 regular priced item worth $80 and above. (excluding sale and discounted item). 1 free shipment for each eligible order. Orders containing pre-order and backorder items are not eligible for free shipping. 

The merchant reserved the rights to substitute the shipping carrier provided for orders above $80 with any other shipping carrier it deems fit. 

PLEASE NOTE: For festive peak period, please expect additional 2 - 5 working days delays to the delivery of your parcels.

 

Roadbull Delivery (Recommended)

Shipping cost starts at $2.60. The pricing would be reflected during checkout.

Shipping would take 1 to 2 working days upon despatch for the first delivery attempt by Roadbull. Delivery will be done Monday to Saturday (excluding Public Holiday and eve of Public Holiday) anytime between 8 am to 10 pm

A tracking number would be provided by Roadbull via SMS to the contact number given for the shipping address after the parcel has been picked up by Roadbull and you can track the parcel at http://www.roadbull.com

Notification(s) are workflow triggered and SMS(es) will be sent at the relevant delivery stage(s) (such as successful pickup of the parcel) to notify the recipient at the nominated contact number. If your parcel is non-delivered, you can request for a redelivery.

Roadbull provides a maximum of 2 delivery attempt to your shipping address. Once the 2 delivery attempt has been exhausted, the parcel would be sent back to the merchant. The customer would have to top up the shipping charges to resend the parcel.

Roadbull does not deliver to any location listed as No-go zones.

For lost and damaged parcel, the compensation limit is the product sub-total of the order shipped in the parcel, up to a maximum value of Two Hundred Singapore Dollars, provided by Roadbull. 

 

SingPost Normal Mail

Shipping cost typically starts at $1.90 for the first shipping unit and $0.80 for each additional shipping unit.

Each item is typically about 1 to 3 shipping units. 

Shipping would take 3 to 5 working days upon despatch during non-peak mailing and delivery period.

Size and weight restrictions apply. For item(s) and order(s) exceeding the size and/or weight restriction, SingPost Normal Mail will be not available as a shipping carrier during checkout. 

SingPost Normal Mail is untrackable and uninsured, therefore there is no compensation provided by Faire Belle or SingPost in the event the parcel is misdelivered, lost during delivery or missing during delivery. There is a high risk for the parcel to be lost during delivery as it is untraceable.

The merchant does not recommend customer to choose SingPost Normal Mail. 

The merchant will not be responsible for the parcel in the event the parcel is lost, missing and/or non-delivered.

In the event, if the parcel does not fit into your letterbox, you would need to collect the parcel from your area's designated SingPost post office. In the event, if the parcel is of a size defined by SingPost, postman may attempt a doorstep delivery and/or redirect the parcel to the designated SingPost post office instead of letterbox delivery.  

  1. The merchant only accepts a return or an exchange if:
    • An incorrect item is received
    • A defective item is received
    • Purchased item's size does not fit (subject to item's availability)
  2. To qualify for a return or an exchange, all items must be returned to the merchant in their original condition.
    • The items' original packaging and clothing label/tag (if any) must remain intact
    • The items also cannot be worn, washed, altered, stained/marked and perfumed
  3. If your purchased item's size does not fit you, the merchant can exchange another size for you. However, the item to be exchanged must be of the same design and colour. Send us your order ID and a picture of the item you wish to exchange for another size to [email protected]. We will send you an e-mail with instructions to: 
    • Mail the item to the merchant's office 
    • Pay a restocking fee of $2.90
    • Pay a SingPost Normal Mailing fee for the merchant to mail the exchanged item to you
    • Upon receiving our e-mail, you must send your item to the merchant within 3 working days. Otherwise, the merchant will not process the exchange for you
  4. If the size requested by you is not available at the point while the merchant is processing your request, the merchant will not make a refund to you.
  5. For an incorrect or a defective item, send us your order ID and a clear picture of the item and its defect to [email protected]. If the item is not found to be incorrect or defective, you need to pay us a SingPost Normal Mailing fee before the merchant can return it to you.
  6. The merchant does not accept a return or an exchange for:
    • Items purchased with discount/promotion codes
    • Items on sale
    • Items which are in free size
    • Items where only one size was available for sale
    • Seasonal items
