STORY

SERIBU BUNGA means one thousand flowers, an embodiment of our mission to empower 1,000 craftswomen in villages across Indonesia. These unique flowers are a reinterpretation of a forgotten Jasmine motif from Gesikharjo village, a motif that was used by mothers to pass down the tradition of Batik to their daughters.

Each piece in this collection takes at least 30 days to craft by hand, using only plants, fruits and minerals to dye.
