2. Please allow 5-6 weeks once your order has been placed for us to fulfill and ship your handbag. Tracking will be sent once dispatched.

 

3. We are unable to provide a proof of the image prior to shipping. If there is anything wrong with your handbag once received, please reach out to [email protected] with an image for further assistance.

 

Note that customized pet portrait handbags are FINAL SALE and not eligible for a refund.
