When will I receive my local(Singapore) parcel?

The merchant will need 1-2 working days to pack and dispatch your order to Singpost. Delivery time is generally 2-3 working days yet it might take up to 5 working days depending on mode of delivery and their stock availability.

Will there be a charge for re-delivery?

If there be a failed delivery attempt, you may incur an additional delivery charge.

Do you deliver to Jurong Island?

Sorry, we deliver to all the areas in Singapore except Jurong Island.

Do you provide returns?

The merchant accepts returns for items* that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact.
* Exclusions: orders made with promotional codes, sales items, intimates, pure white clothes, swimwear, accessories and bags.

To start a return request:

  1. Leave a return email to [email protected]
  2. Pack the item in its original packing material
  3. Send your parcel using a delivery method that allows tracking. Return parcels are to reach the merchant within 7 business days of dispatch date

You are responsible for postage costs of returned items. Kindly note that all return parcels are dealt via mailing only. If you return an item that does not meet the requirements for returns set out above, the merchant reserves the right to reject the return and any request for a refund. If the merchant accepts your return, we will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible and generally within 14 days from the day on which the merchant receives the returned product.

Please note that refunds will be provided only in the form of ShopperBoard credit.

What should I do if I receive a defective item?

The merchant sincerely apologizes for the defective items sent*! Please email [email protected] with your order number, and a photograph of the defect. When the defection is confirmed via email, you may post it back to the merchant. Postage will be reimbursed for all items deemed defective. All items mailed back must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with its tags intact. If the replacement piece is no longer in-stock, ShopperBoard credit or refund will be issued.

* Minor variations in measurement (within 2.5cm) is not considered a defect. Colors may appear slightly different in reality due to studio lighting conditions. or variances in computer screens calibration. The merchant does however strive to ensure that screen colours are true to life as much as possible.
