The merchant's shoes generally run small however due to the different material and cutting, they are unable to ensure the same sizing for all their designs. Following is the general shoe size charting however exchange is provided in the event if the shoes do not fit:

The merchant will take 2-4 working days (excluding weekends and PH) after your payment has been verified to process your order and despatch your parcel.

Standard courier delivery ($5.00 and $1.50 for additional pairs) 1 to 3 working days by iFleet 3 to 5 working days for festive periods and sale periods.

Estimated days of delivery start from after order has been completed, not after order/payment has been made by you.

*In the case that your address has been provided wrongly, the merchant will not be liable for the cost of redelivery. No refunds will be given in the event that the package was returned to the merchant due to incorrect address provided by the buyer.  

Do you accept returns?

Yes, the merchant accepts returns. Original online receipt with order number is needed for product return within 7 working days of receiving the item(s).

A meet up will be arranged for the exchange. All exchanged item(s) must be in its brand new original condition, original packaging and with the original tags and tickets attached.

Meet up for exchange is applicable at the merhant's own convenient timing.

To be eligible for exchange, item(s) must not show signs of wear and/or being worn before. The merchant reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the item(s) before processing any returns or exchanges.

The merchant will not bear the shipping charges of returning any item(s) to them or meet up the cost.

In the case where there the item(s) is out of stock for exchange, a refund in the form of ShopperBoard credits (valid for 3 months) will be given. No cash refund is allowed for all online purchases. Credits will be given from the day the merchant received the returned parcel or an exchange of another design is allowed ONLY IF the next sizing is not available. The merchant strictly does not allow change of designs if the sizing is still available on the store.

Exchange policy is strictly applied for ONLINE PURCHASES only. Event purchases are strictly not allowed for exchange.

What if you regretted purchasing the item(s) upon receiving the shoes and want to change into another design(s)?

The merchant is sorry to inform that an exchange of designs is not applicable. Color and placement of the ribbons/tassels on the shoes are subject to 10-20% difference due to lightning and computer calibration. 

Why hasn’t my return/refund been completed yet?

The merchant's team need 2-4 working days to process all requests and we seek your understanding while they verify if the return/refund is possible.


Do you refund postage fees if I return something?

The merchant will reimburse postage fees if the returns are for defective items. However, they will not be able to reimburse postage fees if the returns are for size exchanges/item returns.
