  • Product Description

THIS IS A DIGITAL PDF SEWING PATTERN

It's the perfect blend of sporty detail & lounge comfort &, with the right fabric, add a little bit of luxe.

WATCH THE VIDEO to see what's in this lounge skirt pattern.

FEATURES
  • Sporty details.
  • Flattering A-line silhouette.
  • Ease at both waistband & hip/seat. If you wish your skirt to be more fitted, size down.
  • Pull-on waistband : featuring tab front with drawstring or plain.
  • Welt or bound pockets.
  • Stitched pocket bag.
  • Optional topstitched centre front seam.
  • Shaped hemline.
  • 3 lengths.
  • Easily lengthen to midi skirt.
  •

FIT: Although this is a knit style, it is not fitted. It has ease at both waistband & hip/seat. If you wish your skirt to be more fitted, size down. Just keep in mind that a skirt that is too tight through the hip/seat, will likely ride up as you walk.

WAISTBANDS: The waistband is pull-on style with elastic but it's anything but basic. The main tutorial guides you through sewing a fabulous tab front waistband complete with eyelets (or buttonholes), topstitching & drawstring. But if you prefer to keep it simple, choose the plain waistband that's quick & easy. It's your choice whether the skirt sits on your natural waist, lower waist or down low on your hips.

SILHOUETTE: The fall of this skirt is gently A-line. This flattering shape allows more of us to enjoy this style of skirt.

POCKETS: We have a trusty curved pocket with bound opening or expand your skills with a welt pocket. Both pocket bags are stitched to the front of the skirt to create a flush finish.

HEMLINE: The hemline is curved & slightly lower at the back. Choose from our 3 lengths or customize hem length easily to make it mini or midi length.
