1. All Returns Must Be Sent Back to our outlet within 7 Working Days (Malaysia) / 10 Working days (Oversea)/ 3 days (For in-store purchase)
2. We only accept exchange of size and colour (between available size and colour a well), except Best Buy/SALE/Discounted items, bikini, accessories.
3. Returns can only be made one time per order number. Meaning that any order made with return credit cannot be returned the consequent time.
4. Items must be in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criteria will be strictly declined.
5. All the return parcel postage fee is bear by the customer (included return postage), and the customer takes the full responsibility till the parcel reaches us.

Please take note that:

a. *Color of products may vary 10-20% due to studio lighting and editing.

b. *There might be 1cm-2cm differences in the measurements given due to the different stretchable quality of the material.

c. *For printed items, the prints may vary in terms of symmetry/alignment/slight colour patches for each piece and return due to this reason is not considered a defect.
